Playing Times

Throughout the summer (April to end of September) the club meets 6:30pm on Tuesday evenings, some Thursday evenings and throughout the year we meet every 3rd Sunday of the month at 2pm (11:00am during the winter months).

The junior club is on Thursday afternoons from 4:00 till 6:00pm starting after Easter until the clocks change back in October.

The courts are available for hire to non-club members by arrangement with "Fruit Cakes" the bakery in the Town square. To use the courts outside shop hours then please contact either 01451-860903 or 01451-860548.

Competitions

Throughout the summer, numerous competitions and friendly matches with neighbouring clubs take place, with at least one themed event enjoyed by all. The club competitions begin in July with finals day in September. Details are on the club notice board. During the winter the East Glos tennis club run a "Flood light" league. The end of year presentation is the only formal occasion the club celebrates.

• AGM - 14th April in the Red Lion (back room) starting at 8pm.
• Club nights start Tuesday 19th April at 6:30pm.
• Junior club starts Thursday 29th April.
• Junior coaching starts Wednesday 27th April.
• Themed Doubles tournament - July 3rd starting at 2pm followed by a Bar-b-q.
• Junior club championships - July TBA.
• Senior club championships - Sept TBA.
